Asked for Female, 1 Years

My son age 6 years weight 20 kg high fever from today afternoon 101 to 103.8 shivering sweating dr priscribed azee( only one dose used) fepanil. fever not undercontrol.every four hours increased... is it ok or should I go hospital again...?

Give Paracetamol every 6 hourly. If high fever in between can give MEFTAL P Continue Azee. In between do cold sponging. Fever will take 2-3 days to subside.
