High fever

Asked for Female, 11 Years

My daughter suffered High fever above 103 f sine last one week.consulted paediatrician and taken test for dengue, typhoid, malaria and all results are negative .Dr presumes it is viral infection also gave cepodoxime for secondary opportunistic infections. Fever was recurring 4hrs once now occurs 8 hrs once and goes maximum 102 or 103 with cold feet

May be malaria also. As its not 100% tgat malaria would be diagnosed by test. I think antimalarial should be started
