My 3 year old daughter is having high fever since morning and not subsiding, medicine Ibugesic given 3 times in 4 hours interval

Pls don't give ibugesic so frequently It will take time to act u should not repeat the dose before 8 hrs U can do sponging in case fever is very high And consult ur pediatrician nearby soon
