High fever lowfood intake

Asked for Male, 6 Years

Having high fever from past 2 days and vomiting frequently. Have given crocin and ondem any suggestions what has to given in medicine and what all shall we give him to eat to control vomit and fever. Please suggest he is not well and again and again fever is coming Thanks for help in advance

Since he is having recurrent episode of fever he may need to undergo some blood tests, please consult pediatrician at the earliest.
