High Fever kidney function disease
My mother is patient of high blood pressure since 10 years and it has resulted in kidney function disease. Her kidney function disease was detected 3 year back and since then she is under medication. Since last 2 days she is having high Fever 104. Given her kidney disease and restricted diet , can we give her paracetamol for lowering of fever. Her rtpcr is scheduled for tommorow... Kindly advise.
