High fever every 6 hrs

Asked for Male, 2 Years

My son has been having fever upto 101 and 102 ive been giving paracetamol 250p but the fever os coming back every 5 hrs. He starts with feeling cold n then high fever and he had started with a vomiting. But there has not been any vomiting after that. He has been passing urine normally but has not gone for his motion today. Little signs of cold but is not coming out. Please suggest what to do.
