High Fever - Covid vaccination
I have taken the vaccination yesterday and been suffering from high fever 101 to 102 with shivering body. Strong headache with nausea 3 to 4 times. Should I need to consult doctor? I have taken dolo650 once. Pls suggest

Fever is side effect of corona vaccination,  dont panic,  take dolo 650 for fever.
