High fever cough and body pain sore thro
Hello doctor,
From last 3 days i am feeling weak having high fever and extremely bad body pain. And unable to stand or walk. And having a sore throat.

Get RT-PCR done for COVID-19. Start antibiotics, antipyretics along with vitamin C, zinc and multivitamin supplement. Monitor your oxygen level regularly.

Test for rtpcr for covid asap…you can do rat also if rtpcr is not available for you currently
Next Steps
Gurgle with lukewarm water and salt and take steam inhalation twice daily..lots of oral fluid and take paracetamol for fever
