High fever 103 since 17 Jan morning

Asked for Male, 35 Years

High fever 103 since 17 Jan morning yesterday .1 dosage (5Ml) dolo 250 mg ,followed by 02 dosage (7ML) of ibugesic .very rare ocassion of dry cough.no nasal congestion or throat problem.Child behaving normally once fever is down ,only inactive once fever increases.Wieght of child is 30kg.less Appepite ,only eating when fever is getting down.pls suggest

Continue dolo for fever and ibugesic today. If fever comes at longer gaps than yesterday and at lower levels, no need to worry. If it is higher or he is not active , visit a pediatrician. Don't give antibiotics without consulting a pediatrician
