High fecal calpro 390 &got sigmoidoscopy
I got typhoid back in april along with joint pain and shivering. Got I/V accuzon 1g(10) [1-1]and meromac 1g (10) [1-1] pulse 120bpm, bp 100/60, fever 99.5 consistent
After that i am got mild diarrhea and abdominal pain.In between diarrhea got worse with rectal pain, abdominal pain
Gastroenterologist prescribed me pantoacid, Vsl #3, Mebiz SR, had this medicine for a month (may - june) situation is still same.
I have got High fecal calprotectin 390, ESR 45, CRP 2.3 and got sigmoidoscopy done showing normal loss of mucosal pattern, hyperemia, and moderate pancolitis. Is this all happened due to antibiotics or can this be c diff or h pylori or UC PLEASE HELP ME I AM STRESSED
