High ESR and sugar

Asked for Male, 37 Years

I have gone through a regular blood checkup due to allergic reactions and found that my ESR is 48 And in LFT alanine transaminase SGPT is 48.1 Remaining all are under control.. My HBa1c test is 8 I had an allergic reaction due to paracetamol tablet And I have gone for Blood test. Pl suggest
