Your sugars are on higher side.keep it in adequate range.If for longer time ie more than 3 to 4 months sugars are high it may cause harmful effects.Avoid intake of sugar,jaggery,sweets.Take complex carbohydrates with good amount of protein and fibre rich foods.Go for brisk walking regularly for 45min.To make a diet plan I need to take a detailed diet history to know your body type.
