High creatinine and high urea in blood
Sir, My father is having gallstones of 7 mm size and diagnosed liver cirrhosis with moderate ascites. His serum urea and creatinine level is high. I have attached his blood reports and scan reports. Please find the same and clarify me the whether it is very serious condition and how to manage this.

He needs workup for CLD I can also see there is derangment in kidney function test. He should be admitted. Deranged kft in a patient with cld needs hospitalisation and treatment.

Liver cirrhosis needs to be treated first and if GB stone is asymptomatic can be left as it is. Here cirrhosis is of more concern.
