High creatinine 5.26
My blood urea is 136 serum creatinine is 5.26 uric acid is 6.79 and BUN is 63.55 and hemoglobin is 7.7 . What should I do? Can it be cure without dialysis? Or dialysis is the only option? And if we start dialysis is it necessary it will never stop we have to do dialysis till the end?

Madam , this need to be addressed in detail. As to why your creatinine is high or is it reversible. Can also decide about going ahead with a pre emptive kidney transplant if the renal function does not recover

Need to know ur whole history and other details before giving a final answer. But if ur creatinine has been steadily increasing since few months/years, u will probably require dialysis and then renal transplant. If it's a sudden increase, u need to be immediately evaluated to find out the cause and reverse it.
