I am a male 29 years. Height 162cm, weight 77kg. I had a routine blood test and the results are shown below. Total Cholesterol - 285 Triglycerides - 352 HDL - 49 LDL- 166 VLDL-70 Uric Acid - 8.2 Kindly tell me what food i need to avoid and what I need to add in my diet.
