Hi No to yoghurt...as it is processed..and has added invisible sugars also that are not shown.. on the labels ...instead you can have curds made at home with toned or double toned cow's milk.. Milk ok but to have in limited quantities..and always try having toned or double toned cow's milk for daily consumption.. Big No to dry coconut consumption and wet coconut consumption also occassionally but not often.. Peanuts you can consume intermittently..not often as you mentioned you have boreder line cholestrol.. Dry fruits...No to cashew nuts...but you can consume almonds and pista in limited quantities..but not much.. As almonds help in weight loss and pista is good for heart health..but consume in small portion sizes.. Paneer you can avoid for sometime being... Hone made Buttermilk is always good..you can have it always... without any doubt in mind.. Dedi home made ghee is good but again to have in very limited quantities..1 teaspoon ghee in dal for lunch is ok to have.. No to roasted chicken instead you can chicken in the form of soups.. 1 egg white per day leaving the egg yolk is ok to have. Strict No to mutton or red meats for sometime being... Thankyou

Hi I advice you to go for a walk everyday for about 30 to 40 mins in the morning . You should add more off veggies and fruits in your diet . Eating the foods which you have mentioned is ok but the quantity and quantity matters , it should be taken in small portion and not everyday. Drink 10 glasses off water everyday. Add lemon juice in your diet without any sugar in the morning as detox drink.

Yes you can take these. But avoid red meat and fried stuff. Rest these things to be added in moderation. Best will be to get your parameters and constitution check for best and specific results. Food intake also depends on your lifestyle, nature of work and activity for the whole day.
