High chlosterol and triglycerides
32 yr male 5.6,72kg .doing regular heavy work out for 45-60 min. i consume daily 4whole and 4egg whites(8 eggs), grilled chicken 300 gms daily and lot of salad and vegetables and no sugar or junk foods.i drink twice a week moderately .i went through routine body tests .following are different parameters - serum cholesterol-241 , serum triglycerid
