Your mildly elevated SGOT (52) and SGPT (66.10) likely indicate liver-related inflammation, possibly due to a viral infection causing your fever and body pain. A high CRP (55.8) reflects systemic inflammation but isn’t specific to heart disease. Current symptoms and results don’t strongly suggest a heart attack, though cardiac markers or an ECG can help rule it out if chest pain or shortness of breath occurs. Consult a doctor for further evaluation, including tests for infections like dengue or hepatitis. Meanwhile, rest, hydrate, avoid alcohol, and manage fever with prescribed medications like paracetamol. Seek emergency care if severe symptoms develop.

Would like to know if you had done a cbc test and if it was normal. Most probably this is a viral fever. You need to have bed rest and plenty of fluids. If still worseining, kindly consult in a clinic for IV fluids. Fever and body pain are not indicative of heart diseases as such. Do not worry. :)
