  4. High BP - Enema. Enema lower the bp?

Hi doctors..my uncle is 74 yrs and is having very high BP since yesterday. Feels like throwing up, wanting to excrete but is unable to since few days..looks like the feces hardened and blocked bowels. Can we give enema at this time..is it safe as he is currently having high bp? ***"Will Enema lower the BP?"* Please advise 🙏🙏
