I undergo hemodiafiltration dialysis, and my blood pressure rises up to 180/140, whereas other patients experience a drop in BP. Why does this happen?
I even take my BP medicines — Amtas 10mg and Arkamin — before dialysis, and my BP stays around 130/80 before the session. But as soon as dialysis starts, it shoots up to 180/110, and I get a very severe headache. I'm worried because earlier CKD stage 4 had problem in my Retinal haemorrhage due to high Bp.

It's cause those medications are dialysiable, means there affect wears of during dialysis instead of them u can try a different class of drugs such as beta blockers
Other thing is sodium remodeling that has to be done in the machine
