High bp and quit smoking
1 day I felt dizzy so I quit smoking.it has been a week and am smoking from past 1 yr(2-3 per day) . Next day I felt light headed and couldn't feel my body. I got my BP checked .it's 160/110. I consulted a doctor and got all my blood and vitamins checked . It's all normal except vitamin d which is 14.5 less than 15. The doctor asked me to take bp every day and called after a week . It has been 3 days it's 155, 150 , 160. I have started walking every evening for 30 mins and started taking hibiscus and ginger tea. Started eating oats and fruits.Still my head feels heavy sometimes. I am not sure if it's the withdrawal symptoms or hbp symptoms.Do I have to take medication compulsory or I can control it with these measures? Can I go to gym and exercise like running and cycling ?

You need to take medicine for few days to control BP. Continue with your exercise and eat fruits regularly. BP medication may be stopped after few days. Start taking vitamin d in low dose.
