Years heart pumping is 60 and only have Mild Av sclerosis and Mild Lv conch. Also in May2024 I had anxiety fever when we did test the doctor said reports were clear. I have worked on that since then and I'm better now. Sorry for long details but I'm confused as to why this is happening maybe because of weight and stress but hoping to have a good reading when I go soon ....

From what you’ve shared:
• “Heart pumping 60%” = normal ejection fraction (EF 60%)
• Mild AV sclerosis + mild LV concentric hypertrophy → usually due to long-standing BP / age-related changes
• Past anxiety episode also noted
Next Steps
• Monitor:
– BP regularly
– Weight
• Tests (if not recent):
– Lipid profile
– Blood sugar
– Repeat echo in 1–2 years
• Lifestyle focus:
– Weight reduction
– Regular aerobic exercise
– Stress management
• Medications:
– Only if BP, cholesterol, or symptoms require
Health Tips
• Reduce salt intake
• Maintain BMI in healthy range
• Practice relaxation (breathing, meditation)
• Avoid overchecking or anxiety around reports
⚠️ Seek care if:
• Chest pain on exertion
• Breathlessness
• Syncope

Please consult a cardiologist offline, as concentric left ventricular hypertrophy could be due to hypertension atherosclerosis, long term intense athletic training, so many causes.
