High BP and dry tongue
I suffered from covid 19 in September 2020 . At that time the symptoms was dry tongue and throat and high BP and fast heart beat and breatheless . Till now sometimes the same symptoms exist when I was sleeping . Yesterday when I was sleeping I wake up in night at that time my tongue was dry and heart beat fast . My BP is 160/105 and pulse rate 135 and spo2 98 . How can I control these symptoms . I HV my master health check up in January in which ecg echo tmt ultrasound cbc glucose urine 24 hrs heart beat monitor all are normal . Only vitamin B12 and vitamin d deficiency is there . Chlorestrol level is 160 . Advice me how can I control these symptoms . This happen approx once in month since I get covid
