Start Vitamin D3 supplementation — typically 60,000 IU once weekly for 8 weeks, then a maintenance dose (1,000–2,000 IU daily). Get some sunlight exposure (10–20 minutes/day), ideally mid-morning or late afternoon Start methylcobalamin 1500 mcg daily for 1 month, then reassess. If absorption is a concern or symptoms are significant, weekly injections for 4–6 weeks may be considered. Fish oil supplements (2000–3000 mg/day) or flaxseed, walnuts — reduces triglycerides. LDL particle size/apolipoprotein B (if risk stratification needed) Repeat lipid panel in 3 months with these interventions.Continue with daily walk and exercise. Monitor BP regularly, especially in the morning and night (get a home monitor). Salt intake: keep below 5g/day (watch hidden salt in processed foods)
Next Steps
Vit D 60,000 IU weekly × 8 weeks B12 Methylcobalamin 1500 mcg daily or injections Cholesterol/TG Low-carb, high-fiber diet, omega-3, retest in 3 months BP: Monitor regularly, reduce salt, stress control HbA1c: Watch carb intake, retest in 3–6 months Exercise, Continue gym & walking, but ensure rest and recovery

"As you mentioned, you are 24 years old with increased cholesterol, high blood pressure, and borderline blood sugar levels, and you’re currently going to the gym. Are you taking any steroids for gym purposes? Steroid use can lead to this. Also, low vitamin D levels can cause leg pain and generalized weakness, for which you may need vitamin D supplementation.
Next Steps
you need to do further workup ecg , morning serum cortisol level.
Health Tips
"If you are taking steroids or engaging in addictions such as alcohol or smoking, you need to stop."
