I've donated a blood 2 days back from yesterday I'm having bp 197/46. I'm having head spinning and sharp headache. Heart rate is 127bpm

Blood donation and high BP have no connection. May be you are hypertensive without knowing this. Check whether you have family history of hypertension, diabetes mellitus etc. At your age you should not have that type of reading. Get yourself examined physically by your family physician who may advise you to do some basic investigations. You may come again to discuss along with your reports or consult directly on Practo.
