High body heat temperature

Hi, I've been wondering is it common to have high temperature body heat during sleep which is almost same as high fever heat. I've been dating with my girlfriend for few months and i have realize her body heat is very high during her sleep which i thought it was fever at first. Is there disease may related to this issue?

Hyperthyroidism Graves (most common) â Inc T3, Inc T4, goiter, ophthalmology. Toxic multinodular goiter â later in life, no eye problems. SX â nervous, sweating, feet hot, tachy/palpitations, weight loss, inc appetite, goiter, tremor, atrial fib. PE â heart (tachy), eyes (exopthalmos).

Next Steps

DX â â¢ TSH/FT4 (Dec TSH, Inc FT4). â¢ CBC, CMP, EKG.

Health Tips

TX â â¢ Methimazole in adults, 5-15mg PO QD. â¢ Propylthiouracil in elderly, pregnant, those w/ cardiac disease.
