High Blood Pressure
My father age 64, mostly have high BP. Most of the time we got 140-150/85-90 in machine reading. He never had any such issue previously. He is use to smoke a lot. Kindly suggest. No other medical condition.

Is he taking any medication for BP ? Should try at least to decrease smoking frequency.! If taking medicine continue with that and ask him to go for daily walk for at-least 30 minutes Else you can consult me.
