High Blood Pressure
I am 25 year male. Not obese. Weight 60 kg. Blood Pressure is high always. 3 years ago in a routine medical checkup doctor found it 134/95 Yesterday measurement 145/100 Whenever I go to doctor they say control ur diet. Since last month I am only eating salad and papaya & dal & egg. But my BP is still high. Though I sometime found it normal in digital meters. But due to yesterday's result I am confuse about the accuracy of that machine too. Last month I was diagnosed with Hepatic Steatosis grade 2 with altered liver function.. Did ECG & CHEST X RAY 3 years ago. All was normal. I am totally confused about my condition & I have two pre employment medical within upcoming 2 month. Please suggest me what should I do.
