High blood pressure
I am 19 years old male with a blood pressure of 120-140/80-90 i had done (ECG, treadmill test, Echocardiogram, other blood tests for kidney ETC...... They were all normal.... I am always too anxious when checking the bp and also i am stressed due to other problems that i had.... my diet is high on fatty foods and junk foods... i am 175 cm heigh and weighs 105 kg also i am an inactive person (not exercising)... What might be the cause? Do i need medicine? Please help me, i am very hopeless! Thanks.
