High Blood Pressure
I am 17 years old. I have a blood pressure of 149/77. I have a high uric acid level of 7.6 My height is 1.4 meters and i have a mass of 74 kg I school ended around a few months age so i am very inactive I am currently following a diet plan of 1100 calories with a sodium intake of approximately 450 mg cholesterol 22 g fiber, 88 g sugar, 188 g carbohydrates, 21 g fat and 67 g protein. Will this help me improve my blood pressure and uric acid problems ?
