High blood pressure
Hi sir/ mam, Actually i have recently shifted from delhi to bangalore for my new job and it' s been 3 days  here since and whenever the doctor in my office check my blood pressure level my heart beat increases very fast and my palms starts sweating and bp machine shows my high bp and as soon as i leave that place my heart beat is back to normal and palm doesn't sweat any more. I am not able to have proper sleep over here. Earlier in delhi i used to sleep at 6am  and wake up at 2 pm but after i joind new company in past 3 days i have been sleeping at 11:30pm and waking around 6 am. But still in between this sleep period i wake up atleast twice. In delhi my bp used to be normal but now it 's around either 160/ 70 or 160 / 100. Though i have no such symptoms which may signify high bp level. Can you please tell me what may be the reason for high bp level is it my sleep time shift or no proper sleep or place change or any thing else?

Obviously you are yet to settle down. Relax. Your present sleep timing is better than the previous one. After a week or two if you are still having these symptoms then it may be a cause for concern. Develop the habit of doing regular physical exercise and avoid mental stress.
