Although i was on meds of petril beta 20/alprax , i was still having anxiety, and now i am taking escitalopram 5 mg, but i am having severe health anxiety, i see anything unusual happening to my body i get so tensed my bp shoot 160/90 sometimes But i want to ask is it normal to have your bp shoot at 140/90 even with little anxiety or i am having hypertens, like if am having a mild anxiety attack is it normal to have your bp shoot high, plus most of the time i start to have this anxiety if i feel my pulse somewhere unusual like on my shins, or on my forearm, and if in wrist a heavier version of normal(more onleft, and i dont know how icom to conclusion that my bpis high because my pulse i although 1 month back i had my echo ecg chest x ray, full body profile done everything came normal, but these random pulsation make me go mad, but the thing i am qble to feel my pulse only if i press quite hard, normal touch wont show pulsation. Like if i press my arm against edge of table.

Have you consulted a psychiatrist? You are suffering from anxiety disorder. Whatever medicine you are taking are not going to help you anyway. Your ecitalopram dose is inadequate. You need higher doses. Besides this you need some anxiolytic also. With adequate doses your symptoms will subside with in 3 months. But if you are not changing your thinking pattern then they will reappear. That's why you need psychological treatment also.
Next Steps
consult a psychiatrist and clinical psychologist.
