High B.P in elderly adult
68 years old my grandmother's blood pressure 138/76 at 10 a.m ; 144/82 at 5:30 p.m ( one week average). She takes Cilacar 5 at 11 a.m and Telday 40 at 11 p.m . Her previous B.P average was 130/70. How she achieve her previous B.P range ? What will be the appropriate time to take her B.P readings ? Those medicines she takes are appropriate or not ?

For BP control it is better to consult a General Physician in your area. Your grandmother will need frequent monitoring of the BP which is not possible by tele-consultation.

For elderly patients 140/90 is acceptable. Anything above that only needs intervention of change of meds
