I've been experiencing high anxiety levels every night for weeks. This mostly revolves around my boyfriend even tho we have an amazing relationship. I am depressed most of the time, I feel restless and tired at the same time, sometimes (but daily) I find myself starring blankly and obsessing over the thoughts in my head, not all of them are rational. I have trouble falling asleep and I can't focus on my studies. This happens every time I am alone, every single day.
