High AFI - Nuchal cord +
Attached the report. The report shows high AFI and high resistance uterine artery(Doctor already given Ecospirin) and Nuchal cord + . Doctor suggested to go in carbohydrates restriction. Blood sugars and blood pressures are normal. Fetal echo is normal. Is it something we need to worry for high AFI and Nuchal cord + ?

Your baby's parameters are normal but your Amniotic fluid is too much. I suppose we can do nothing at this stage. Your TIFFA was normal. You don't have any detectable abnormality which could be a cause for increased AFI. Just keep a track of your HbA1c (fortnightly) and hope for the best.
