Hiccups,dizziness,stomach pain,back pain
I wanted to ask this question, My spouse has an back pain, dizziness, and stomach pain since 5-6 days, stomach pain in right side is more, swelling of right side leg is their, and she gets hiccups all day, the hiccups she gets is 6-7 times a day,these hiccups dont stop for 20-25 mins, she has nausea, She has swelling of legs but the right side leg is more,

Hello, Hiccups are common in Gastritis, electrolyte imbalance ( sodium imbalnce) Have to rule out kidney disease and thyroid which cause swelling in legs and hiccups.
Next Steps
consult online and provide detailed history. complete blood count, renal function test, thyroid function test.

She may have gastritis. Bt all symptoms doesn't signify one type of disease. Detail history with proper consultation needed to rule ot and gastrointestinal problems or and renal problem.
