Hi i have thyroid and pcod and hairloss

Hi my thyroid and my pcod are in control but the problem is am having black marks on my face and am getting blackness near my nose and it is looking very odd please help me in this am applying glycerine one of my fried sugestd for this. And i have much harirfall please help me out
