Hello, To keep yourself hydreyted take plenty of liquids which helps you in fever also. Tab paracetamol 500 eight hourly after food to take. Nimbupani for nausea,,butter milk, hot water bag for pain stomach.i can't prescribe u any medicine as it's restricted from management team which is very important as one line of complaint is not sufficient to write any medicine,proper history n examintion is needed accordingly Medicin should be given. For sore TOUNG Apply glycerin locally three times a day. Avoid spicy fried, greasy,junk food or food from outside. Light semiliquid porridge khichai with fresh curd.messed chapati,u can take.
