Hi Dear Doctor's plz help me regarding c

I have itchy throat and cough first i feel like itching and then coughing up feels better.. I have phlegm when i swallow i feel it.. Most of the days when i wake up in the morning i feel one or both of my nostrils blocked.. I had taken montek lc for 3 days the cough was gone again after i stopped it started again so Last month i visited doctor for the problem at first visit he prescribed montek fx, mucinac 200, uniclave 625 for 5 days i felt good and the problem was treated again after 3-4 days the same problem started i consulted him again he gave Tab Acil OD, Bilagra M for another 6 days after the course is completed i was feeling good for another week then again it started same symptoms.. Plz help me what to do
