Herpes or skin infection. My doubt?

HELLO DR. I am 18 years old Virgin male.About 45 days ago. I've got a treatment of Molluscum Contagious using Electro cautery method.. After treatment for about 3 to 4 days.. Treated bumps were quite painful. But after that they started healing.. About 15 days after treatment New bumps appeared But this time they were swollen & extremely Itchy.. I am using Duofilm & betadine solution on it..  But now When I use Betadine or Duofilm some Bumps give me intense pain.. & some of these comes & goes away.My Skin is little red & purply.. Scars are also present.. I think I might be infected with Herpes virus? Bcz my Dermatologist assistant Cleaned my treated bumps with Gauge.. I think that was used for person with Herpes.. Please clear my doubt?
