Hi sir/madam 3 days before we took urine test to my daughter who is 6 year old ..the result came as positive also urine culture is growth ...today we took scan and i attached the scan reports here pls check

It is UTI. Give plenty of water Trple micturation at one time empty three times. leaving bladder completly empty. Practice for good. Local hygiene. Seitz bath in waem hot water with 1tsf of dettol. Let her stay inwater for 15moinutes to do good cleaning of bottom. Mox250mg tds for 10days. Report if there is any problem we are available after prior appointment.
