Henoch-Schonlein Purpura

I have suddenly develop red rash over my rt lower leg and elbow of both rt and left hand and also on lower back they are not scaly they are just reddish bumps and i don't have fever also and also the rash is not on my face and I went to a dermat he says I have hsp but I don't have joint pain and abdominal pain and the rash is also itchy
