Hemorrhagic Cyst - Right Adnexa. Adnexa"

I am being treated for skin problem ( Homeopathy)since 2 years however last year i came to know that i am suffering from Cyst and PCOD. Dr. advised that cyst should be observed for an year to see of it go away itself ( per him it resolves itself often) and he gave medicines for PCOD. now after an year and 2 months i got ultrasound and found PCOD not found but Cyst got doubled in Size. Dr. said that he will get this treated using oral medicines. i would need to know weather if i can go with Doctors advise and continue with oral medicines which has just started a week ago or should i consider a surgery from somewhere else. please advise.
