Regarding hemorrhagic cyst
Mam past one week I'm having a pain the upper right side of the abdomen near the ribs dr suggested to do usg abdomen and pelvic scan and I have done I have cystic lesion measuring 40*36mm seen in the right ovary low level internal echoes are seen having right ovarian hemorrhagic cyst is it big should I worry what should I do kindly help me pls pls

If it is an Haemorrhagic cyst,it will disappear after 1 or 2 periods.Do the scan after next period provided you are fine now.
