Good evening .. Yes that’s true as ur gestational age ( ur weeks ) increase the hb decreases because ur baby growth and size increases and all nutrients and iron everything passes through the placenta and umbilical cord to ur baby.. So that’s the reason we start iron tablets to improve ur Hb from 4th month onwards.. u can eat leafy vegetables, dates , dry fruits.. but food alone won’t be sufficient for u . Compulsory take iron tablet every day on empty stomach.
Health Tips
Ur hb is normal at present .. less than 11 means anemic.. so don’t worry and eat healthy and take iron and calcium tablets through out ur pregnancy... All the best.
