You should consult with your Gynaecologist regarding the need for IV iron injection. Your Hb level is borderline. If you have a Caesarean the chances of your getting blood transfusion will be very high

This will not affect pregnancy or baby for niw
But you need to increase iron intake if you are taking once a day pill, take it twice, take vit c and vit d3 supplements
Increase protein intake
