Hi doctor, Need advice for the attached ultrasound. Should I get it ultrasound or let it heal by itself.

The cause of your hematoma has to be clear. Did you got any injury over that area or it was spontaneously seen?? Because even if ultrasound is showing hematoma this could get infect and might turn into access and the volume is pretty much more this needs drainage mostly if it is abscess and if it is hematoma it could resolve after sometime

Need proper history like any history of trauma etc If yes then the collection needs to be aspirated ( removed ) followed by a course of painkiller and antibiotics If there is no history , you should undergo MRI to ascertain the cause first and then get treated It may develop into an abscess so better to get it drained

First of all we have to ascertain why did a 31 year old male develop hematoma.. was it spontaneous or trauma related.. Secondly further tests may have to be if any intervention is required or not.. need a proper consultation for that..
