I m a medical professional and my whole family with 4 member are covid positive. Fathers age is 60 and mother age 54 and my sister is 27.
Now should we all 4 isolate or can move free in house? Should we were mask or now we all are positive so no need ?

It is advisable to maintain social distancing and wear mask as when coming in contact with each other as even if all 4 of you are positive the viral load and pathogenesis may be different in each member..so with time one member may turn negative sooner and will be at risk of reinfection otherwise
