Help me with medicine please
I met an orthopaedic doctor in Hyderabad earlier. He gave me a handwritten prescription, but the tablets were generic, and I am unable to find the same medicines anywhere else. My spine scan/X-ray is normal except for a slight gap in the lower back. For the last few months I am having persistent buttock pain, mostly in the centre or slightly towards the right side. The pain increases when I sit for long, especially during driving (I drive 3–4 hours daily in Bangalore). Standing and walking feel normal. No leg pain or nerve symptoms. Please suggest the best and correct medicines (muscle relaxant, anti-inflammatory, nerve support, calcium, etc.) and the best treatment plan to reduce the pain quickly.” Note:- I have a calcium deficiency
