Help me getting rid of this issue
So i am suffering from lprd and doctor gave me 1 month ppi of Raciper D 40mg  which is done now I am like 90 percent clear from globus but the thing is I can still feel it when swallowing it has became smaller but never got complete smooth if I gulp i can feel some tightness in throat I am continuing taking ppi for another month but what further should I do or is this permanent I can eat though as I have no issues no breathing problem also which I used to have before should I try tricyclic antidepressants or something?

We need to know is there anyother problem in throat. If no other has be found then you can continue PPI and add a antacid syrup also to get gud relief Its will take time to settle.

Lifestyle modification is most important. Avoid sour spicy tea coffee cold drink junk, maida oily, outside food. Take plenty of water 3-4ltr per day Walk for 3-4km per day after taking food. Never lie down after having food. Dont stress out. Frequent small meal. Dont eat full stomach.
